The proposals will provide 567sqm of communal courtyard for all residents to enjoy and 760sqm of play space for children.
The landscape masterplan seeks to create clearly defined communal and public, landscaped, spaces for everyone to enjoy.
The proposed courtyard gardens offers a space for quiet relaxation and contemplation. This will be achieved through the use of fixed garden furniture facing on to a courtyard that will be planted with the wild, and nature, in mind. With a mix of trees offering seasonal interest and year round planting attracting in bees and butterflies the courtyards will have nature inspired character whilst still supporting biodiversity and access for all.

The play space is included within two community courtyards that can be accessed from all the blocks. To ensure that the space is accessible for all ages it has been integrated into the overall design of the landscape masterplan and includes areas designed for growing through the use of fruit trees and a herb garden.
